We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site.

CONDITION OF USE

Beauticove ("we", "us" , "our", "Site") provides the services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By getting into our website, you are acknowledging that you agree to be legally bound and to abide by these Conditions of Use.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

When you order from our website, your credit card details are encrypted using 128 bit encryption by PayPal. Your credit card details will be decrypted only when it is recieved by PayPal's systems, where an automatic processing takes place and your card charged. No details are held in clear text on any web site so as to ensure that your details are not stolen during a transaction.

Beauticove never receives your complete credit card details and nor do we store your information anywhere in our systems. All credit card information is immediately deleted once your transaction is approved and processed.

We also respect the need to protect your privacy. Please be assured that any personal information given to us through this website is solely to enhance your experience with us and will NOT be disclosed, shared, transferred, sold or rented to any third party, unless so required by law or any government agencies.

All personal data will be kept in strictest confidence.

PRICES & PRODUCT INFORMATION

The default currency of the site is Singapore Dollar (SG$). The prices shown on the Site exclude delivery charges. Beauticove reserves the right to change our prices without notice. While we do our best to ensure accurate information, ingredients listings, descriptions, pictures and prices of products at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system, neither Beauticove nor any of its directors, affiliates, officers, employees, vendors, third party service providers warrant that www.beauticove.com will be un-interrupted or free of errors. We shall not jointly, or severally be liable for any loss, injury, damage, costs or expense arising from any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, breach of contract, tort, negligence, defamation, copyright infringement, breach of intellectual property right or any other cause of action.

ORDERS, PAYMENT AND DELIVER

You may pay using credit/debit card Visa, Mastercard, American Express via PayPal or via internet/ATM Bank transfers. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We will then deliver the goods per your selection during the order process. Any delivery timescales given to you are indicative only. We engage only reputable delivery companies but we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party and your parcel will only be considered missing if it fails to arrive 3 working days after the approximate delivery date indicated in your order dispatch notification email.

We may choose not to accept your order if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or in the best interest of Beauticove at our sole discretion. If for some other reason we are unable to fulfill your order, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will contact you by email or telephone and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Kindly email us with your transaction number within 3 working days upon order. A confirmation email with estimated delivery date will be sent to you once payment has been received.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please allow 5 - 7 days for delivery after payment is received.

All orders will be delivered by courier at a flat rate of $10.

All deliveries will be from Monday - Friday between 2pm and 6pm. There will be no delivery on weekends. Delivery date will be advised. Please note that if delivery is to a home address, there must be someone home to receive the package.

Currently, we do not ship overseas.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Once an order has been processed, no refunds will be given. If you have placed an order by mistake, please email enquiries@beauticove.com immediately. If your order has been despatched, no changes are allowed.

You can exchange the product if the product is damaged when delivered to you. We will bear the delivery cost and replace with a new product. In the event that the damaged item is no longer available, we will advice you to replace with another product.

However, once the product has been opened and used, no exchange or refund is allowed.
